The vertical MB stepless speed changer can be installed at any angle, but the oil level must exceed the center line of the oil mirror on the higher side.
The output shaft is equipped with a coupling, a pulley, a sprocket, etc. Please do not hit it hard. Use the screw hole at the outer end of the output shaft to screw in the coupling.
Before use, add the specified lubricant, and its oil level must exceed the center line of the oil lens.
The working environment temperature does not exceed 40 ° C, the surface temperature does not exceed 70 ° C, and the temperature difference does not exceed 45 ° C.
The speed can only be adjusted when the machine is turned on, otherwise the parts will be damaged.
When this series of transmissions are delivered from the factory, the speed adjustment limit screws have been adjusted to the extreme positions, and must not be adjusted at will to avoid damage to parts.
This series of transmissions can run in the forward and reverse directions, but must not be used in excess of the rated torque. At the same time, the input motive power can start up to 5 times per minute.
The special lubricating oil for this machine must use Ub-1 or Ub-3 traction fluid. In any case, it must be ensured that the traction fluid is provided according to the oil mirror. After the gearbox is operated for 500 hours, the traction fluid should be replaced, and it should be replaced after 1,000 hours of operation. After that, replace the traction fluid every 2000 hours or so.
The gear part of the first-stage gear reducer is lubricated with grease. Molybdenum trisulfide has been added at the factory, and the grease is usually replaced once every 12-18 months.
Long-term use should be checked frequently and replaced in time.
